Who we are. This portal is operated by Maxwell & Higgs Pty Ltd (ABN 70 849 548 389), trading as D-Flector Stone Guards, Factory 6 & 7, 94-102 Keys Road, Moorabbin, VIC 3189.
What we collect and why. Enquiry and registration details (name, company, role, email, phone, business type, volumes) to respond to you and set up a trade account. For credit applications we also collect director/principal identity details, trade references and bank details to assess credit under the terms you sign. We record how you reached us (for example a Google Ads click) to measure our advertising.
Who sees it. Our accounts and sales teams. Trade referees you nominate receive a short form about your trading history. We do not sell or rent personal information.
How long we keep it. Enquiries for 24 months; account applications for the life of the trading relationship plus seven years for financial records. Director identity details are used for the credit assessment and retained only as required by law.
Access, correction, deletion. Email accounts@d-flector.com.au or call 1300 062 343. We will respond within 30 days. Complaints follow the Australian Privacy Principles process; you may also contact the OAIC.
Security. Data is stored on Australian-hosted infrastructure with access limited to authorised staff. Emails from this portal come from noreply@customer.d-flector.com.au.
